We ship all product orders within 1-2 business days. Typically, these orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. For shoe lift orders, you can expect to receive a prepaid label within 15 minutes of placing your order. We process shoe lifts within a 3 business day period, and then ship the shoes back to you at your requested shipping speed.
